Privacy, in plain English.

The short version: Quorra collects only what you choose to send. Do not put confidential, health, payment or account information into the Quorra website host. The host may use a third-party AI provider when that feature is enabled.

Who is responsible

Quorra is operated by Cayla Ridley in Atlanta, Georgia. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to cayla@quorra.agency.

Information you choose to provide

If you leave your email through the Quorra website host, Quorra Agency receives that email, the website and need you shared, and a short transcript of the recent conversation. A transcript is sent with the lead only after you explicitly submit your email. If you book through Calendly, open WhatsApp Business or email Cayla, those providers process the information you send through them under their own policies.

How the Quorra host works

Quorra includes a scripted qualification flow that works without AI. When AI answers are enabled, the recent messages and limited fit context are sent from a server-side function to Quorra Agency’s configured AI provider. The current production configuration uses Anthropic. Provider credentials are never placed in the browser. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information.

Hosting and forms

This site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes routine request data needed to deliver and secure the site. Lead forms use Netlify Forms and spam controls. Quorra uses submitted information to respond to the inquiry, assess fit and maintain reasonable business records.

Retention and sharing

Quorra does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only to host the site, process a form, schedule a call, deliver an AI response or comply with law. Leads and transcripts are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records and abuse prevention, then deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You can use the website without opening the Quorra host, chat without leaving an email, or contact Cayla directly. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing cayla@quorra.agency. Applicable rights vary by location.

Security and children

Quorra uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
