My first move
Build the economics before the roster.
Start with margin, seeding volume, commission and a sales-based creator scorecard. Then source against the model instead of chasing follower counts.

Case files, not mood boards
Every result keeps its date, channel and source. Shopify sales stay separate from Meta or Google attribution, so one order never becomes two wins.
01 / 05

Case 01 / Red Dress Boutique
I ran influencer marketing as Red Dress scaled direct-to-consumer. The program grew into a five-person team running 75+ campaigns a month. At its peak, one month generated about $5M; a separate Four Seasons creator launch reached 6.8M people.

Case 02 / Gauth
Seven Gen-Z creators turned a back-to-school push into efficient organic reach and beat the download target by 25%.

Case 03 / Judith March
I owned the email, Meta and influencer work as the wholesale label moved onto Shopify. On roughly a $100K marketing budget, acquisition and lifecycle worked together; the launch content kept converting two months later.

Case 04 / Crimson Dawn
I built influencer marketing around what makes the product satisfying to watch: real reactions, character-led demonstrations and social-native lightsaber content.
Case 05 / Cyclone Pods
I took a nearly dormant ad account, about $422 spent in 2024, and scaled it through 2025 to roughly $107K in spend, $390K in Meta-attributed revenue and about 9,000 purchases.

Founder-led since 2021The operator behind Quorra Agency
Quorra Agency is my Atlanta-based, founder-led growth partner for established fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. I started packing boxes in an ecommerce warehouse and worked my way into running the creator program. Eleven years later, I have operated across creator marketing, ecommerce, paid acquisition and retention, from first DTC launches to global brands.
You work directly with me. When a program needs more hands, I bring in trusted specialists. There is no junior account layer between the strategy and the person responsible for the result.

What clients felt after the numbers moved
Verified client reviews paired with measured campaign outcomes—and the part founders feel every week: clear communication, fast integration and work that keeps moving.
“They quickly identified influencers who aligned perfectly with our brand. Their communication was clear and timely, making the collaboration seamless.”
“From the very first consultation it was clear they were committed to understanding my business needs and goals. The results speak for themselves.”
“Very responsive, dynamic and able to integrate with our workflow seamlessly. They jumped in immediately and have been providing value since day one.”
Built from the pain
I spent a decade learning which parts of creator programs should never be manual. So I built the software: gifting, content collection with usage rights and a creator roster the brand owns.

Qualification before calendar
Quorra asks four practical questions about business maturity, budget, authority and timing. Strong-fit brands unlock Cayla’s strategy calendar; others receive the right next step without a sales performance.
