For Shopify & TikTok Shop brands
Your creator program,
running itself.
I ran creator programs by hand for 11 years — sourcing, seeding, negotiating,
whitelisting — at 8x to 17x ROAS. DiscoCollabs is that program,
installed in your own Discord, running without me.

DiscoCollabs
One engine under everything.
It plugs into what you already run.
WIRED TO YOUR SHOPIFY BACK END
RUNS 24/7 INSIDE YOUR OWN SERVER
NO PAYOUTS — IT AUTOMATES THE WORK,
NEVER THE MONEY
Creators pick their own product — inside Discord.
No asking. No approvals.
The whole influencer-manager job —
the execution, not the sourcing — 24/7.
Every creator DMs asking for product. You approve
one at a time, then chase content for weeks.
I flipped it.
// YOUR PROGRAM, RUNNING ITSELF.
And that was the small version — any step you still run by hand can become an automation like these.

// Level 1 · What you're actually buying
The software is the easy half.
Any developer can build a Discord bot that creates Shopify orders. What almost nobody can
hand you is the part that decides which creators get gifted, at what commission, and who gets cut —
because that takes having run it. Anyone can recruit 500 creators. If only 30 post profitably, you have nothing.
So DiscoCollabs ships as two things at once:
The Engine
the eight steps, running 24/7 in your server
- /link — identity connected
- /gift — private shopping link, DM'd
- Creator picks — with shipping, without leaving Discord
- Tagged order — auto-created in Shopify
- Tracking + scheduling DM — post date locked
- Day-of ping — ghosts get pinged again
- Raw footage + links — filed to your Drive
- Ad rights + returns — Spark codes and usage rights collected automatically for TikTok, Meta, and Google ads; product returns handled
The Method
my operating logic, configured into it
- Vetting scorecard — creators scored on coupon-code sales and tracked-link performance, never follower counts
- Seeding funnel — sample + commission as one offer, sized to your per-order margin
- Commission tiers — set off actual profit per order, computed after commission (GMV Max nets it out now — most sellers' dashboards are lying to them)
- Activation targets — what percent of seeded creators post, not how many signed up
- Cut rules — written criteria for dropping creators who drive revenue with no margin
// Level 2 · Pricing
Three ways in. All of them, you own.
Tier 1 · The Engine
$1,500
one-time · $0/mo
For brands who already know their program and just want the manual work gone.
- Full eight-step gifting engine in your Discord
- Wired to your Shopify back end, tagged orders
- Content collection to your Drive
- Coupon-code attribution, first-party
- You own the bot, the server, the data, and the code
- 30 days of bug support
No monthly. No method. You bring the strategy.
★ most brands start here
Tier 2 · The Program
$3,500 build
+ $300/mo program review
The engine, plus my program installed inside it and kept honest every month.
- Everything in The Engine, and:
- Program build: vetting scorecard, seeding funnel, commission tiers priced off your real per-order margin, activation targets, written cut rules
- Creator tier system with automatic Discord role changes on every tier change or sale
- Monthly leaderboard with points
- Attribution set up so your ROAS is net, not gross
The $300/mo is the program review: a monthly call on your numbers — activation
rate, net ROAS, who to promote, who to cut — written optimization notes after every call, rate and tier
adjustments as your margins move, async questions between calls. Cancel the monthly whenever. The bot is
still yours and still runs.
Tier 3 · The Flywheel
$6,000 build
+ $750/mo advisory
For brands scaling past a hundred active creators, where the compounding lives.
- Everything in The Program, and:
- Whitelisting + Spark Ads playbook — turning your top creators' organic posts into paid, which is where 17x came from
- Ambassador conversion track — the automation that turns a one-off post into a months-long relationship
- Custom automations — Slack integration, Spark Ads code collection, whatever your ops actually need
- Multi-brand / multi-server support
- Twice-monthly reviews and priority async access
Every tier is a one-time build. The monthly is advisory — my read on your program's numbers — and it's
optional on day one and cancellable on any day after. I don't hold your bot hostage.
You own it the moment it ships.
// Level 3 · Add-ons
Anything else, quoted on the call.
The leaderboard, coupon attribution, creator tiers, and Spark Ads collection now live inside
the tiers where they belong. What stays à la carte is the truly custom:
Additional Shopify storesOne bot, more back ends — multi-store gifting from the same Discord.
Custom Discord workflowsSpecific to your ops — if a human does it by hand today, it can become a command.
MigrationMoving off an existing gifting platform without losing your creator roster.
Historical data importBackfilled attribution, so your net ROAS has a past — not just a future.
// Level 4 · The proof
I priced this off what it replaces.
A creator-ops coordinator runs $50–70K a year and still can't tell you your net ROAS.
Here's what the method did when I ran it by hand — every number came from the same four moves
DiscoCollabs now runs for you:
0in a single month · ~150 active creators on a $100K budget
0affiliate ROAS · across all of 2024, on a 15% commission model
0ROAS · a program built from zero budget
0launch · wholesale brand taken DTC on Shopify, $1M in sales
0CPV · against a $0.03 benchmark
// VIP · Book your build
Twenty minutes tells us both.
Bring your per-order margin, your current commission rate, and how many creators you've
seeded in the last 90 days. I'll tell you what your program is actually netting and which tier fits.
If the answer is the cheap one, I'll say so.
Is the monthly required?
No. Start on any tier without it and add it later, or drop it any month. The bot is yours either way — code, data, server. The monthly buys my eyes on your numbers, and it's worth it exactly as long as it's worth it.
Does it work with TikTok Shop sellers?
Yes — it's built for Shopify and TikTok Shop brands moving creator gifting into their own Discord. And with GMV Max now netting out commissions, coupons and fees, the attribution setup matters more than it did six months ago. A lot of "profitable" affiliate campaigns are about to stop looking profitable.
Does DiscoCollabs touch money?
No. It automates the work — approving, sending, grabbing, filing — never the money. Payouts stay in your hands, on your rails.
Who tracks sales and commissions?
Your platform does — TikTok Shop, Shopify Collabs, whichever you run today. Not me. What DiscoCollabs adds on top: custom discount codes, created per creator in your Shopify store, that they promote across their social accounts — so every sale also tracks first-party through coupon codes in your own store, independent of any platform dashboard.
What if I already have a program running?
Better. I'd rather tune something with data than guess at something without it. Migration and historical backfill get quoted on the call.
How long until it's live?
The Engine ships in about a week. The Program takes two to three — most of that is me getting your margin and commission math right, not writing code.
Who am I working with?
Me. Cayla Ridley. There's no team, no account manager, no handoff. That's the point.
How do creators pick products in Discord?
They type one command; the bot DMs a private link; they pick from the collection you chose to give away, enter shipping, confirm. A tagged order is created in your Shopify admin automatically.
Do I have to approve every gift request?
No. Pick your giveaway collection once; creators self-serve. Your team keeps a veto and just fulfils orders.
Can it collect Spark Ads codes automatically?
Yes — the bot is custom-built per brand, so any manual step can become an automation. A common one: after a creator posts, the bot automatically asks for their TikTok Spark Ads code and files it for whitelisting — no Google Forms.
Can a TikTok Shop Partner or agency deploy DiscoCollabs across multiple brand clients?
Yes — that's the strongest fit. If you're a TSP, creator-affiliate agency, or social-commerce agency running creator programs for multiple brand clients with gifting still run in spreadsheets, DiscoCollabs deploys as one private bot per client brand — Framework Core per deployment, or a bespoke fleet build. Multi-brand, multi-server support lives in The Flywheel, and agency terms get scoped on the call.
