Who is responsible

Information you choose to provide

If you leave your email through the Quorra website host, Quorra Agency receives that email, the website and need you shared, the business ranges you select for annual revenue and marketing budget, your decision role, target timeline, qualification tier, and a short transcript of the recent conversation. A transcript and fit details are sent with the lead only after you explicitly submit your email. If you book through Calendly, open WhatsApp Business or email Cayla, those providers process the information you send through them under their own policies.

How the Quorra host works

Quorra includes a scripted qualification flow that works without AI. When AI answers are enabled, the recent messages and limited fit context are sent from a server-side function to Quorra Agency’s configured AI provider. The current production configuration uses Anthropic. Provider credentials are never placed in the browser. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information.

Hosting and forms

This site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes routine request data needed to deliver and secure the site. Lead forms use Netlify Forms and spam controls. Quorra uses submitted information to respond to the inquiry, assess fit and maintain reasonable business records.

Measurement and your choice

The site creates a random session journey identifier and remembers campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign in session storage. It may classify a referring service into broad categories such as search, social, referral or AI referral, while removing URL query strings from the stored landing page and referrer. After submitting a lead, you may optionally say how you found Quorra; that response is stored with the anonymous journey identifier so Cayla can reconcile direct inquiries with their discovery channel. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Interactions such as opening Quorra, selecting a business need, completing qualification, reading an article, or starting contact through Calendly, WhatsApp, email, phone or Google Business Profile may then be counted. Analytics may receive a coarse qualification tier, but it does not receive the revenue or budget ranges, decision role, timeline, chat text, email addresses or phone numbers. Quorra disables Google signals and advertising personalization. Choose “Essential only” to use the site without Google Analytics; you can clear the site’s local storage to be asked again.

Retention and sharing

Quorra does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only to host the site, process a form, schedule a call, deliver an AI response or comply with law. Leads and transcripts are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records and abuse prevention, then deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You can use the website without opening the Quorra host, chat without leaving an email, or contact Cayla directly. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing cayla@quorra.agency. Applicable rights vary by location.

Security and children

Quorra uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
